Add support for adding downloads from nzbs.org (and probably other sites too).

Newzbin and NZBmatrix are the only supported sites at the moment because they are the only sites that SABnzbd supports. Unfortunately, a shortcoming/oversight of Palm's SDK is making it very difficult to add support for other indexing sites, but I'm working on it.
