Is this a new bug in dbt-core?

  • I believe this is a new bug in dbt-core
  • I have searched the existing issues, and I could not find an existing issue for this bug

Current Behavior

currently docker not making images for dbt-spark on at lesat 1.6 and 1.5 likely main as well due to not supporting python 3.11 currently

python level supported by all repositories should be used even if its behind to maintain parity in images.

Steps To Reproduce

one 1.6 or 1.5 try to build
