Overview

Uber issue: #1874
Parser support for CLUSTER BY syntax was added in #2328. According to the protocol, clustering columns should be stored in the domain metadata with delta.clustering as the domain name.

Motivation

After this is completed, users will be able to run end-to-end CLUSTER BY queries to create a clustered table.
