df_base Robotics Facility sometimes final objective is not triggered

Description:
Sometimes after completing all the other objectives in the Robotics Facility mission, when the player returns to the start point the final objective is not triggered and the Crow does not come to pick up the player.

Steps to reproduce:

• Unknown
  At this point we don't know what causes this bug to occur. We have a clip of it occurring but no detailed steps that will cause it.
