Make Table of Contents in Sidebar dynamic. #14

Currently the sidebar is hard coded.

This sucks for maintaing the docs. We should probably have the sidebar be dynamic.

Two options:

At compile time.
Dynamically using Javascript.

I think 2 is probably easier. I'm not sure how to handle it at compile time.
