highlight.js isn't properly rendering elixir or erlang code - but works in other themes.

Looks like there's some issue rendering languages and changing stylesheets. If I modify the default monokai stylesheet in head.html

<link rel="stylesheet" href="{{ "css/monokai.css" | absURL }}">

and point to a different stylesheet (which resides in theme_dir/static/css, it doesn't seem to render. Regardless, the language isn't recognized when specified.
