Suggestion

The whole new honor system is cool, but the current client lack of data to understand the new balance. It will be cool to have a flow with the actives transactions which will explain why the player have this current amount of honor.

Then like a bank account we'll display credits and debts

Add information on how to achieve honour/honor points.
After ~20 attacks on players with ships, without ships, higher level, lower level, active players, defunct players, and pirates there is no honour/honor yield. Despite Spy Reports saying "Victory will bring us honors.".
