High-level scenarios such as ck crowdsource experiment don't work as intended because GPU (or the lack of it) can't be detected on Raspberry Pi 3. The root issue is this: ctuning/ck-env#15

Also, platform name/vendor/version is not detected: ctuning/ck-env#16
