The suite is currently failing with:

[2017-05-29T11:14:04+00:00] ERROR: /lib64/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.14' not found (required by /opt/chef/embedded/lib/ruby/site_ruby/2.4.0/x86_64-linux/pg_ext.so) - /opt/chef/embedded/lib/ruby/site_ruby/2.4.0/x86_64-linux/pg_ext.so

This is resolved in the 4.0.0 release
