Coreclr test infrastructure requires some support to enable to to pass in the RuntimeHostConfigurationOption for System.Runtime.InteropServices.Marshal.IsComSupported feature flag.

This should be done prior to closing #50500 and should have the following categories

  • ComWrappers (working) running with the switch disabled
  • COM activation (failure) running with the switch disabled
