Great job on the repo!

Would you like to contribute to the RL4CO library?
I think it could be a great addition to the collection of environments and models ;)

I'd love to contribute to RL4CO, as I've been following it and really liked the initiative.
First, I need to finish this project and test it against the original paper, as you can see it's still far from finished.
Then I'll need to adapt the model/env structure to RL4CO, since now it is not in a Gym-like standard interface.

I'll open an issue for QAP Env and Model in RL4CO repo once this repo is almost ready and tested.
