In Eclipse 2023-09, the install wizard reachable from the menu Help -> Install new Sofware... cannot be minimized. The wizard always has focus.

This is annoying during long running operations (e.g. "Calculating requirements and dependencies" or "Computing alternate solutions"). You cannot do anything else in Eclipse while the operation is running.
