Precondition

Description

in the https://portal.int.catena-x.net/serviceReleaseProcess/form & https://portal.int.catena-x.net/appReleaseProcess/form
Adjust the description to have the same design as the one from
https://portal.int.catena-x.net/technicalUserManagement

as soon as i click both internal and external accounts i want to see an info:
Be aware that this configuration will cause the system to generate multiple Technical User Accounts"

design should be aligned with #1126

Acceptance Criteria

Alignment with Technical User Management Design:

Clicking Internal and External Accounts:

  • When the user checks both types of accounts (internal + external) , an informational message should be displayed.
  • The message should read: "Be aware that this configuration will cause the system to generate multiple Technical User Accounts".
  • The design of the informational message should be aligned with the design specified in this GitHub issue.

Responsiveness and Accessibility:

  • The updated description and informational message should be responsive and accessible, ensuring a good user experience across different devices and screen sizes.

Consistency with Platform Design:

  • The overall design and implementation should be consistent with the existing design and user experience of the Catena-X platform.

Functionality Validation:

  • Ensure that the updated description and informational message function correctly and do not introduce any regressions or issues in the existing functionality.

Test Cases

Test Case 1: Verify Form Design Matches "Technical User Management" Form
Steps:

Navigate to https://portal.int.catena-x.net/serviceReleaseProcess/form.
Inspect the design and layout of the form, including the placement and styling of form elements, headers, and labels.
Verify that the design and layout match the "Technical User Management" form on https://portal.int.catena-x.net/technicalUserManagement.
Expected Result: The design and layout of the "Service Release Process" form should match the "Technical User Management" form, including the placement and styling of form elements, headers, and labels.

Test Case 2: Verify Informational Message When Both "Internal Accounts" and "External Accounts" are Selected
Steps:

Navigate to https://portal.int.catena-x.net/serviceReleaseProcess/form.
Select the "Internal Accounts" checkbox.
Select the "External Accounts" checkbox.
Observe the informational message displayed.
Expected Result: When both the "Internal Accounts" and "External Accounts" checkboxes are selected, an informational message should be displayed, stating: "Be aware that this configuration will cause the system to generate multiple Technical User Accounts"
