Repro steps:

Visit https://eecs485staff.github.io/primer-spec/docs/MARKDOWN_TIPS.html
Use browser to print the page. Observe the code blocks in the generated preview. The overflow is lost!

When printing, we should change the overflow behavior for text when a document is being printed.
