Registration API is not getting authorised #861

Registration API 401 issue

Issue
When ever i enter my phone number for registration, and OTP gets verified, i get the 401 on http://xxx.com/divoc/api/citizen/recipients

i have generate the secret and public key from keycloak and provided the same in the yaml already.

Questions

Under Registration_API, in docker-compose file(https://github.com/egovernments/DIVOC/blob/1.23.3-generic/docker-compose-release.yml)
1. From where i can get the private key and in what format we need to key string their(starting and ending tags)?
2. I can get the public from realm, however in what format we need to key string their?
