I want my Vaccine certificate issued by Chhattisgarh Govt. through CG Teeka portal to be merged with COWIN app.

Describe the solution you'd like
Upload the CG teeka certificate and use QR code in the certificate to get details, and issue the certificate accordingly.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Go to Vaccination centre and the Centre should have ability to update the Data on the Cowin App.

Additional context
CG teeka web portal (now closed) was started by CG govt to vaccinate people of CG. However, now it is closed. I have got my first vaccination from the CG through CG teeka portal. I have a valid certificate of first dose (CoviShield). However, since the data is not migrated to COWIN portal, I am not able to book for my second slot.
