All devices & entities are re-created on each HA restart

All of the Blue Iris devices and entities are re-created on each HA restart.

This is annoying as the area that I have defined for each of the camera feeds is then cleared upon a restart of HA.
Also, I mark many of the entities as visible=false so they don't show-up in some automatic dashboards.
As it is, I have to re-mark most of the entities as visible=false after each HA restart.

If the devices and entities have to be re-created, could their HA meta-data not be migrated to the new devices and entities?
