Creating API Keys for APM data ingestion is fully supported via Kibana by now. Remove the functionality to create API Keys via APM Server CLI. This functionality was actually never labeled GA, and then deprecated in 8.6.0. The proposed approach is to fully remove it from the APM Server, as the functionality is fully supported by Kibana.
