What does this PR do?

Fix the collection of go packages that define stress tests to be run.

Why is it important?

The libbeat stress test job in Jenkins currently does not run any tests, because the list of packages that define stress tests is empty. This PR fixes the detection of the list of packages that need to be run.

The tests are run, but take 15min (for comparison 30s on my local setup). Need to watch this if this becomes flaky (e.g. times out). Long term we should look for a better way to do stress tests and benchmarks.
