Some (most) macros in the changelogs are missing information. #748

There was an issue when converting the macros that point to issues/PRs on the changelogs files, they lost some information. The ones pointing to beats repo are like this: {pull-beats}[20779], however the correct format is: {pull-beats}20779[20779].

#458 seems to be the culprit.

Our changelog automation has been updated since then hence closing this issue.
