[EUIDataGrid] rowHover in gridStyle has no effect after 31.4.0

I think there was a regression in v31.4.0, the {rowHover: 'highlight'} in gridStyle has no effect anymore. The regression can be tested on the example provided in data-grid-styling-and-control

Yep. Thanks for adding an issue. We did make a conscious decision that benefits of adding virtualization outweighed the hover effect. We'd like to bring it back shortly. In general there are a couple other issues we've tracked around the update that we're trying to prioritize for fixes over the next week (in specific, the compression and full screen have some regressions as well).
