Kibana version: 7.14
Elasticsearch version: 7.14
Server OS version: macOS 11.2.3
Browser version: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge
Browser OS version: macOS, Windows 10
Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): from source

Describe the bug:
Import workpad does not work via the "Import workpad JSON file" button. At the same time, the same functionality via drag-n-drop works as expected.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to the Canvas.
  2. Create a workpad.
  3. Export the workpad.
  4. Delete the workpad.
  5. Click on the "Import workpad JSON file" button.
  6. Select the exported JSON file.

Expected behavior:
The imported workpad appears in the list.
