After JSON import is complete, list of visualizations/dashboards/searches should auto refresh

After import, a user has to manually refresh to update the counts for the viz/dashboard/searches list. This should happen automatically so the user has immediate feedback on the success of all imports.

On 5.2.0 I can't even get the list of Visualizations to refresh by refreshing the page. Adding bug label.

I'm thinking my issue is caused by having over 100 visualizations and Kibana is only fetching the first 100 to show in the list. So this might be a different issue than @seang-es had.

For my issue there is a PR #11674
that would increase that 100 size limit (and makes it configurable).
