While testing the chart preview expand/collapse functionality in the log threshold rule type (#104354) on cloud with 7.14, the chart preview kept expanding/collapsing when making a selection in the When field dropdown and in the Comparison value dropdown.

Acceptance criteria
Chart preview should expand/collpase when clicking on the expand/collapse icon on the right.
