📝 Summary

The lifecycle alert executor factory currently completely overwrites the alert documents for ongoing, active alerts. This would reset the workflow status and other similar changes in the document.

ℹ️ code changes might overlap with in-progress #108679

✔️ Acceptance criteria

  • The alert documents of ongoing, active alerts are updated instead of overwritten.
  • These updates preserve changes made to the document's workflow status.
