Kibana version:
7.15

Describe the bug:
The loading and empty prompt states are no longer centered on the page. I believe this was introduced via #106734. We should be able to use the same fix in #109726, and add the APP_WRAPPER_CLASS to RedirectAppLinks.

Example:

 <RedirectAppLinks application={application} className={APP_WRAPPER_CLASS}> ...</RedirectAppLinks>
