Since the dashboard ID is specified in a hash, it's not collected by default within the APM data. We should manually set this.

This can also apply to saved searches, visualizations and maps.

I think this might be related to #114843 and we shouldn't get it via the URL, otherwise we'll have to do this for every discover, visualization, dashbaord, etc.

Instead, each dashboard shoule be a page of the dashboard app and the dashboardId could be some of the metadata passed with each event.

Linking here to a POC I did for a custom event collection package.
Among other things, it tracks the application page and entitiy id where applicable.
