[Dashboard] Clicking the print dialog crashes the tab

Describe the bug:
Using the browser print dialog in Chrome should load a preview of the pages alongside controls and info about the print job. In this issue, the print dialog shows a never-ending loading icon, and shows a number of pages in the 22,000's.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Load a saved dashboard with a few panels
2. Click File > Print in the browser, or use ctrl+p or cmd+p
3. Dialog is messed up

Expected behavior:
It should show a "print optimized" view of the dashboard, same as the Reporting plugin renders for print-optimized PDF reports.

Adding this to our backlog. This is something we should definitely address sooner rather than later.

Could not reproduce the issue in 8.10-SNAPSHOT. AFAIK, we have not heard any issues about this from the field.

@ThomThomson what do you think? Is this good to close?

This seems to work in 8.9 as well! I'd say we're good to close this.
