The Triggers Actions UI plugin has links to the License Management plugin (see here, here and here).

We are adding a config that would allow disabling the License Management plugin, so this link might lead to a Not Found route in Kibana in that case.

@yuliacech for context, are we intending to disable the license management plugin in Serverless or some other situation?

@kobelb Yes, the plugin will be disabled for serverless and is currently already hidden from the UI on Cloud. I'm adding a URL locator to the License Management right now that can theoretically be used to also check if the plugin is enabled (see an example here).
