[Fleet]: LHS category list scroller not available under Integrations tab.

Preconditions:

1. 8.11.0 BC2 Kibana cloud environment should be available.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Integrations tab.
2. Observe user is not able to scroll LHS category completely, as scroller is not available.

Expected Result:
LHS category list scroller should be available under Integrations tab.

The css properties on that scroller where changed with #165790. I added back the sticky property with #166702 but not the scroller.

However, do we need to see the scroller when the whole height of the column is visible?

I think it depends of your screen size, sometime the whole height of the column could not been visible

We have revalidated this issue on latest 8.11.0 BC9 kibana cloud environment and found it fixed now:

Observations:

• LHS category list scroller is now available under Integrations tab.
