It would be useful to be able to access previous absolute time ranges chosen, instead of having to re-enter them each time I go into Kibana afresh.

This was brought up again as part of the filter bar. When you apply a filter that includes a timeframe, and click apply, there's no way to undo just the time selection without undoing the whole selection. Having a small history of selected time frames would at least give users an undo for the time.
