Steps to reproduce (assumes ChromeVox or similar)

  1. Open Kibana in a new tab
  2. Tab to Canvas
  3. Select an existing or create a new canvas and add some elements.
  4. Tab to "Manage assets"
  5. Press Enter

Actual Result
6. Title of modal is not read, and upon tabbing to any "download", "save", or "delete button" no context is to given as to which asset will be acted upon.

Expected Result
6. The title of the modal is announced and the title of each asset is read along with the action of the selected button, e.g. "Download graph.png"
