Steps to reproduce (assumes ChromeVox or similar)

  1. Navigate to management and then ILM
  2. Press enter

ilm_screen

Actual Result

  1. Kibana says index lifecycle internal link

Expected Result

  1. Kibana should announce change of context and tell the user - she can create ILM policies
