Ability to set default search/column list in Discover app

Currently, discover always shows the Time and _source fields by default when i pull it up in my browser. I'd like the ability to change the default set of displayed fields to a set that's immediately useful to me.

Or, possibly, to set the default search, like i used to be able to do in k3.
