Describe the feature:
I am using Visual TimeSeries Builder.
I have a lot of panels which show the same annotations.
It should be possible to save annotations as object and to reference to them annotation tab.
The manual entering way like today should also stay possible.

Describe a specific use case for the feature:
On a dashboard I have 10 visualizations which show the same annotation. If sth changed and I need to edit them, I have to edit 10 visualizations. Should be better to reference the same annotation instead of copy and paste anywhere it is needed.

This is such a needed feature! Especially since the TSVB graphs line up, etc - i find myself making like 30 of the same changes every time i adjust anything with these.

This feature won't be implemented but instead we're working on similar solution for new Lens query annotations, here's the issue to follow: #141054
