4.1 server
Production: 53MB
Development: 234MB

4.2 server
Production: 748MB
Development: 1.1GB

Both measurements taken as soon as the server is finished starting. Eg, on 4.2, after the optimize.

We should add a test for memory usage to make sure we don't introduce anything that causes it to balloon in the future
