Kibana version: master as of ~2020/01/02

Browser version: IE11

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open Kibana master in IE11.
  2. The loading screen spins forever. Get an error in the console about "vendors" is undefined.

Not surprisingly, IE is also broken on 7.x branch (version 7.6.0)

It looks slightly different on 7.6.0-SNAPSHOT

The Expected ':' seems to be pointing to the spot here where the | is;

I tracked this back to 4e3095b. @eliperelman is this something you can take a look at on Monday as a 7.6.0 blocker?
