[ML] Embeddables enhancements

#64056 introduced a basic anomaly swimlane embedding to the Kibana dashboard. This meta issue lists the ideas around enhancing ML integration using embeddables.

• Implement an embeddable container to manage multiple ML embeddable widgets
• Support cells selection on Anomaly Swimlane embeddable to propagate it to the sibling widgets within the container
• Support dedicated filters per embeddable
• Add Anomalies table as embeddable
• Add action for linking to another Kibana dashboard
• Support map within anomaly charts embeddable

Note. These will be targeted over multiple release timeframes.
