[Ingest Manager] Design entry points to Ingest Manager Beta from Kibana's Add Data pages

Currently, the only way to access Ingest Manager within Kibana is from the main left-hand navigation (all the way at the bottom). This makes it difficult for users to discover Ingest Manager on their own. We should promote Ingest Manager within Kibana so that Ingest Manager is more discoverable for curious users.

There are many places we could do this, but a good place to start would be to add links on our Add Data pages since Ingest Manager is very much about "adding data". Within the Add Data pages, I think there are two places we could link to Ingest Manager:

• On the module catalog page
• On the module tutorial page, if the module has a corresponding Integration in our package registry

I recorded a 5 minute video to show some options on how we could do this. I encourage you to watch and I welcome any feedback and ideas.

@hbharding I've looked at the screencast thanks for making that ++ really clear.

I think I would do catalog changes and option 3 as we move later into the release we could move to option 2.
We are still in beta, we want people to discover and try it out as we mature we can make the messaging more obvious.

Great - I think we're all on the same page. As a quick recap, lets:

• Use a dismiss-able callout on the catalog page which changes to a link in the top-right when dismissed
• Include a footnote on module tutorial pages IF there is a corresponding integration in our package registry
