[Metrics UI] The bottom Metrics Inventory waffle map is truncated/hidden behind the status/action bar

Describe the bug:
The bottom waffle map on Metrics Inventory is truncated/hidden behind the new action/status bar.

Expected behavior:
The Metrics Inventory should display the waffle map in full.
