Description

It could happen for some reason, that the fleet_user we save in our saved object is deleted from Elasticsearch, in the route where we get the fleet status we should check if the user is still valid (by doing an authenticate call to ES?)

If it's not we should display the fleet setup page and allow the user to recreate it.
