Stack monitoring CPU alert is getting generated and not matching the ES Node details graph #80689

CPU alert is getting generated when the ES Node details graphs indicate that it is below threshold.
Environment => https://dev-oblt.elastic.dev/

Modify CPU alert to get generated when CPU is over 10%. Other parameters are left as default.
