Broken documentation link in Visualize app

Describe the bug:

When you click on the documentation link within the help menu in the Visualize app, it takes you to the following URL, which is a broken link: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/master/visualize.html. That page doesn't seem to exist after 7.9: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/7.9/visualize.html
It seems to have been removed as part of #76194
