Added via elastic/elasticsearch#68415, we need to update Ingest Node Pipelines accordingly.

Please also consult elastic/elasticsearch#70632 as part of this work. The supported methods should be: MD5, SHA-1, SHA-256, SHA-512 and MurmurHash3. Docs were updated via elastic/elasticsearch#70737.
