This ticket is to track any needed UI changes relating to communicating to the user their level of access to alerts. This may include a dismissable component or ensuring that we disable any actions depending on auth. I believe that in the detections engine we currently have a callout letting a user know if they have read-only access. We may want to sync up to decide on the best way to do this across solutions.
