Missing support for MSC 3860 (media with a 307/308 redirect)

Steps to reproduce

1. Where are you starting? What can you see?
   it seems Element X doesn't support media which uses MSC3860, so media which uses a redirect
2. What do you click?
   a photo which was sent from discord, with a bridge using redirects to load images from discords CDN

Outcome

What did you expect?

The image to show up.

What happened instead?

A blank message with no media is shown

If I click on it a generic error message shows up with no further details.

This also affects Fractal, maybe, matrix-rust-sdk doesn't support MSC3860?

Moving the issue to Element meta, as the feature needs to be implemented on all clients. And yes, probably on the Rust SDK and / or on Ruma.
