Steps to reproduce

  1. Enable bubble layout
  2. Enable hidden events
  3. Open a room
  4. Create a thread
  5. Send something
  6. Send a reaction to it

Outcome

What did you expect?

The timestamp should be displayed.

What happened instead?

It is hidden from the thread panel.

The fix is available locally, based on matrix-org/matrix-react-sdk#9016
