This wiki discusses in more detail about DxWrapper. DxWrapper is a dll file designed to fix compatibility issues in older games by wrapping or hooking DirectX (or other) libraries to fix Windows 10 compatibility issues in older games.
To configure DxWrapper you just need to edit the ini file to enable the settings you want. See the Configuration wiki for more details.
So far I have tested a few hundred games on Windows 10 with the tool. Many of these games have some issues on Windows 10 or won't run at all.
