Hi, we are trying to run Santog's disease progression model using the given setup here. We were able to install the ContinuousTimeMarkovModel successfully. However, when trying to run the sample data (data folder) using runSontagModel.py according to readme.md file, the execution breaks down. We believe the setup (python2.7, and other libraries) are installed according to the setup file. The error is "ValueError: new_order[0] is 0, but the input only has 0 axes" tracing back from elemwise.py script in theano. Unsure as to how to fix this error as we have not yet modified any part of the code, but using the module as it is. Any clarifications on the usage will be helpful. Thanks.
