Link description of VS capabilities in VSCJAVA

Current situation

Currently, no documentation is available on the VS capabilities (esp. their semantics):

• not on docs.exasol.com
• not in https://github.com/exasol/virtual-schemas
• not in https://github.com/exasol/virtual-schema-common-jdbc

Rationale

Users must know the names and semantics of the capabilities in order to specify the adapter property EXCLUDED_CAPABILITIES.

There are also good news: VSCJAVA already provides a

• list of capabilities organized in different groups, each linked to
• more detailed descriptions in the source code.

Acceptance Criteria

As capabilities are common for all virtual schemas and not restricted to the implementation language Java, the current ticket therefore requests to enhance the documentation of the current repository by adding links to the descriptions in VSCJAVA.

In a later step, we might either move the documentation from VSCJAVA to here or ensure to publish VSCJAVA's Java doc and link this to allow VS in other implementation languages to benefit from it.
